Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be processed in cash only.

• Refunds will be made within 5 to 7 business days after approval.

• You will be contacted to arrange the cash refund method (e.g., in-person collection or courier cash return, depending on location).
